TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All arrangements are subject to availability when the confirmation is authorized. Only upon receipt of a deposit payment - 50% of the total cost of the trip, signed travel waiver, signed indemnity waivers and proof of travel insurance - will your reservation be confirmed. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Full payment of the trip must be received by Feb 15, 2024.
Payment is accepted by wire transfer, credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard), Apple Pay. In the case of a wire transfer, all bank taxes & fees are the sole responsibility of the traveler (no tax shall be deducted).
For payments via credit card, there is a 3% service fee included in the payment. The following information will be needed: Full name of the credit card holder, telephone number, email address and postal address.
Once all services are confirmed, you will be requested to fill out a travel form to finalize flight/accommodation reservations. We will prepare and send electronically your pertinent travel documentation, including a detailed itinerary with timing and emergency contact within 30 days of departure.
